Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations


Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to approval based on order progress.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.


3. Non-Refundable Items


Customized or perishable items are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged.


4. Return Process

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.


5. Late or Missing Refunds
